The Northern region of the Lake of the Ozarks is where the rolling hills begin to flatten out into the plains of the Midwest, which is noticeable when driving north on highways 5 and 54 towards Versailles and the larger city of Eldon. Rocky Mount and Gravois Mills both border the northern part of the main channel, as well as fully encompassing the Gravois Arm of the Lake, providing high traffic access to the Lake of the Ozarks, as well as an assortment of quiet coves with a variety of waterfront businesses and residential options.
